Tuition Assistance for Current Families
For those currently enrolled with Tuition Assistance in 2024/2025 School Year, a reminder of the process we’ve been utilizing for the past few years:
To be considered for continuing aid for 2025/2026 School Year:

- By April 18th submit the following documentation in a CLEAR and EASY TO READ PDF file (no photo files please) to [email protected]
- Prior Year (2024) IRS Federal 1040 (U.S. Individual Income Tax Return)
- Include applicable supporting tax schedules
- If you’re unsure what to include, please contact your tax advisor
- If you haven’t completed your 1040, please include the following:
- Prior Year (2024) W-2(s)Â
- Form 4868 (Application for extension)
- If you file for an extension, IRS Federal 1040 must be submitted by 10/21/25
- Include applicable supporting tax schedules
- Prior Year (2024) IRS Federal 1040 (U.S. Individual Income Tax Return)
- By April 18th submit the following documentation in a CLEAR and EASY TO READ PDF file (no photo files please) to [email protected]
- Please note: tuition will increase by $1,300 for the 2025/2026 school year
- Your out-of-pocket cost may increase by $1,300 per student
Currently, tuition assistance remains consistent throughout the continuous enrollment agreement unless there is a greater than 10% change in your financial situation based on documents submitted for the 2025/2026 school year

- You will be notified of any adjustment to your tuition assistance as follows:
- Submit Federal Form 1040 by 4/18/25: notification by 5/15/25
- Submit Federal Form 1040 10/21/25: notification by 11/15/25
- You will be notified of any adjustment to your tuition assistance as follows:
- If documentation is not received, existing tuition assistance award may be rescinded
